KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – Morgan Properties, a real estate investment and management company, announced today Lisa Rice has been elected to serve as Board President of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association - Central (PAA Central) for the 2018 term. Lisa, a Regional Manager for Morgan Properties, was inducted at PAA Central’s Annual Meeting January 11 alongside the new board.
In her new role, Lisa will lead PAA Central in servicing members throughout Central Pennsylvania with an emphasis on three geographic areas — Lehigh Valley, State College and the Harrisburg/Lancaster/York region — through membership benefits including professional development and education programs, industry events, networking, social events, and government affairs. She will also continue to seek opportunities to grow the association’s membership and provide its members with the support and services they need for their teams and the betterment of the multifamily industry.
“As an active board member of PAA Central for the past few years, I am truly honored to accept my new position as Board President,” said Rice. “I look forward to applying my more than 15 years of experience towards further advancing the multifamily industry in Central Pennsylvania, and could not think of a better way to represent Morgan Properties in a leadership role in this region.”
In addition, Lisa serves as the Director of PAA Central’s Real Estate School and as an instructor for the National Apartment Association (NAA) Designation courses for the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Management (CAM), and Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT). She was also a former co-chair for the Best of Living Committee (BOLA).
