Dougherty Mortgage Funds $3.5 Million Fannie Mae Loan for AmberWood Apartment Homes in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TX - Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a Fannie Mae loan in excess of $3 million for the acquisition financing of AmberWood Apartment Homes, a 62-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Fort Worth, Texas.  

The 12-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending for Brabeion 800, LLC.
