BROWNSVILLE, TX - Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. a Texas based property management company, recently assumed management responsibilities for three multifamily properties currently under construction in Brownsville, Edinburg and Mission Texas, totaling approx 500 units.
These newest management assignments bring Capstone’s presence in The Rio Grande Valley to 15 properties totaling over 2,000 units. Construction, at a fourth site, is scheduled to start later this year in Edinburg. Capstone has been awarded management of this development as well, to total approximately 200 additional units.
Capstone currently maintains an office in Brownsville, Texas and has had a continuous management presence in the South Texas area since 2000.
Oversight for these properties is provided by two District Managers and a Vice President, and covers assignments in Brownsville as well as McAllen, Edinburg, Weslaco, Pharr, Mission, San Benito, Harlingen, and other surrounding communities.
