Belmont at Freemason Apartments Set to Open

NORFOLK, VA - KPM LLC announces the Grand Opening of Belmont at Freemason Apartments, Thursday, September 16, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Belmont at Freemason is a luxury apartment community located at 260 York Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. The property is adjacent to the York Street Station of the Tide and is Norfolk's first transit oriented development.

Mayor Paul D. Fraim along with the partners and owners of KPM LLC will conduct the ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:00 p.m. Industry professionals, area merchants, residents, and employees will attend the event. The property was developed by Kotarides Developers. Clancy and Theys served as the general contractor, and it is currently managed by KPM LLC.
