CARMEL, IN - Keystone Construction Corporation announced today that Sophia Square, a brand-new sustainable luxury apartment community in Carmel, IN, has received its Certificate of Occupancy. Residents began moving in on May 1, 2011, and the on-site leasing center is also now open.
