KIRKLAND, WA - MainStreet Property Group LLC, a real estate development firm dedicated to the construction and operation of landmark mixed-use properties, announced the start of construction on an apartment community in Kirkland, Washington.
The 108-unit, 1.98 acre mixed-use apartment community, Slater 116, is located in the City of Kirkland just east of I-405 in the Totem Lake neighborhood. The building will have approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and three residential floors consisting of 108 spacious studio and one bedroom apartments. The company expects the project to be complete in 2013.

MainStreet’s Slater 116 Apartment Project is endorsed by the Quality Growth Alliance, and is a finalist for a Golden Nugget Award for Merit Winners in 2012 for the “Best On the Boards Mixed-Use Project” category. The architect for the project is the Dahlin Group and the general contractor is WG Clark Construction Co.
MainStreet’s Slater 116 location offers easy access to a vast array of professional jobs, shopping destinations, dining & entertainment options and public transportation.
