NEW YORK, NY - FirstService Residential, the premier property management company in the New York metropolitan area, has been selected as managing agent for three luxury towers located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Owned by DTH Capital, the buildings - located at 20 Exchange Place, 63 Wall Street, and 67 Wall Street - collectively include 1,353 rental apartments.
20 Exchange Place, designated a New York City Landmark and one of tallest residential buildings in Lower Manhattan, is undergoing construction that will add 220 additional units this fall. Town Marketing and Leasing is serving as exclusive leasing agent for the properties.
Abigail Michaels Concierge is among the abundance of amenities being offered to the buildings’ upscale clientele. Tenants also have access to a 24-hour doorman, a sundeck, valet services, and several thousand square feet of health, wellness, social, and entertainment amenity space.
“We believe that retaining FirstService Residential management, along with offering the concierge services of Abigail Michaels, will complement the many enhancements we are currently making to these properties and will significantly upgrade the quality of service for our residents,” said Steve Galiotos, CEO of DTH Capital.
To further enhance the resident experience, DTH Capital is currently repositioning the buildings to offer a higher level of service and luxury. Soon-to-be completed improvements include an elevator modernization project, extensive renovations to lobbies, hallways and a mailroom, and a lobby redesign.
The FirstService Residential on-site management team for the combined properties includes a General Manager, two Property Managers and three Assistant Property Managers. “Our entire team is committed to delivering the highest level of service to residents to ensure they have a positive experience – even before they set foot in their new home,” says Robert Klehammer, Vice President, Multifamily Rental Management, FirstService Residential. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to bring our superior management services to these buildings which will result in a high level of resident satisfaction and retention.”
20 Exchange Place, 63 Wall Street and 67 Wall Street join FirstService Residential’s expanding portfolio of luxury managed properties in Lower Manhattan. These include Frank Gehry’s 8 Spruce Street, 75 Wall Street, The Setai at 40 Broad Street, Greenwich Club Residences, The Downtown Condominium at 15 Broad Street, and 20 Pine Street: The Collection.
