SEATTLE, WA - The Schuster Group celebrated the "topping-off" of its 12-story, up-scale Belltown apartment building, Walton Lofts, with a roof-top celebration for the crew.
Walton Lofts is a premium modern loft apartment building featuring 136 homes with refined, sophisticated loft finishes, and several unique amenity spaces, including a Grand Library. The project broke ground in February 2014.
"Today marked a major milestone for the Walton team," said Holly Gardner, Vice President of The Schuster Group. Topping out is always a celebratory event and we are really proud of our fantastic crew. This is an exciting project for all of us to be working on and we can't wait to share it with the public."
Situated on the corner of Western Avenue and Vine Street in Belltown, Walton Lofts boasts unobstructed, panoramic views of Elliott Bay beginning on the second floor. Residents will enjoy easy access to Seattle's waterfront, the adjacent historic Belltown Cottage Park, and nearby Olympic Sculpture Park. The project is slated to be Green Globes certified, seeking three globes; equivalent to LEED Gold.
A preview website was launched last month and interested residents can register as VIP's to receive priority leasing opportunities at lifeatwalton.com. Pre-leasing for Walton Lofts will begin for VIP members in the spring, with public pre-leasing to follow. Walton will offer premium studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom loft homes.
Developed by The Schuster Group, Walton Lofts was designed by Steve Cox of Shoesmith Cox Architects and VIA Architecture, and is being constructed by Turner Construction. The Schuster Group has developed a reputation as Seattle's premier loft development company and is nationally recognized for their award-winning visionary concepts.
