MALVERN, PA - Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for the multifamily, military, and student housing markets, has been selected to deliver property management services for four properties in the Florida multifamily market, including Arbor Club and Ashley Club in Pensacola, and Westminster Chase and Willow Brooke in Tampa.
These management contracts add more than 850 conventional units to the company’s multifamily management portfolio. Balfour Beatty Communities will deliver comprehensive management services for the communities, including marketing, leasing, operations and maintenance.
Ashley Club is a 224-unit, garden-style complex located near Escambia Bay and downtown Pensacola. Ashley Club offers one- and two-bedroom units with private balconies and numerous amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, car care center, fitness center, tennis court and dog park.
Arbor Club is a 168-unit, garden-style complex located near Pensacola International airport. The property features one- and two bedroom units with private balconies and a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, dog park, tennis court and car care center.
Located in the heart of Tampa, Westminster Chase offers 224 units in one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, car care center, playground, and swimming pool.
Willow Brooke is a 248-unit property offering one- and two-bedroom units with close proximity to the University of South Florida. Property amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, business center, sand volleyball court and dog park.
