HOUSTON, TX - Hunt Companies announced the completion of Catalyst Houston, the luxury high-rise residential development in Downtown Houston. Hunt, along with co-developer Marquette Companies, funds managed by equity partner Ares Management, L.P., as well as Houston-based architect and lead designer, Ziegler Cooper Architects, celebrates the addition of 359 residential units in the central business district of Houston.
Located on a full city block bordered by Texas Avenue, Austin Street, Prairie Street and La Branch Street, the Catalyst Houston tower climbs 28 stories.
