DENVER, CO - CIM Group announced that it has completed construction of Milo, the eight-story, 319-unit apartment community and the second residential phase at 9th & Colorado, a 26-acre urban infill project at the site of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Located at 4109 E. 10th Avenue, Milo Is a significant addition to the evolving fabric of the Bellevue-Hale neighborhood of Denver. CIM is co-developing 9th & Colorado with Continuum Partners.
Milo offers contemporary residences in a variety of sizes including micro, studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, townhomes and stacked flats. In April 2018, the 275-unit, nine-story Theo apartments opened at 9th and Colorado bringing the first residences to this dynamic 12-block redevelopment. CIM is also developing Ella City Homes, a 35-townhome development, with a phased delivery commencing in Spring 2020.
CIM brings its broad experience in owning, developing, and operating properties to the development of 9th & Colorado. Upon completion, 9th & Colorado will comprise approximately two million square feet offering a mix of restaurant, retail, residential, office and entertainment.
