BROOKLYN, NY - CIM Group announced the completion of construction of 111 Montgomery, the first newly built, full-service luxury condominium in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood. 111 Montgomery has officially commenced unit closings and has been welcoming the first residents to the 12-story, 163-unit building, which offers an array of floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. CIM co-developed 111 Montgomery with LIVWRK.
111 Montgomery is located in a culturally rich neighborhood, adjacent to the 52-acre Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park, also known for its scenic gardens, as well as the nearby Brooklyn Museum. The building draws inspiration from these natural environments and provides an indoor/outdoor living experience with many units having private balconies or terraces as well as a rooftop featuring a fully landscaped terrace with grills, tables, benches, and open-air lounges with views of the Manhattan skyline.
Oversized windows add a modern context and provide abundant light, with many homes having views of Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The exterior brick façade complements the surrounding historical neighborhood. The building’s offerings also include an attended lobby with a doorman, on-site parking, resident lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom, and ample bike storage.
“With 111 Montgomery, CIM Group applied its expertise of owning, operating, and developing projects to enhance the evolving Crown Heights neighborhood as well as provide attractive residential ownership options for New Yorkers,” said Jason Schreiber, Principal, Investments of CIM Group.
