Centered on an award-winning model tailored to the community’s needs and the dynamics of the neighborhood, the framework utilizes a mixed-income housing strategy and community wellness through a rich network of community and support services. The development strategy is designed to bridge the poverty gap by putting education centers, health care facilities and green spaces in close proximity to low-income residents.
