KANSAS CITY, MO – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the completion of the Westley on Broadway, a six-story multi-use apartment complex in the heart of the historic Westport neighborhood in Kansas City. Located on the corner of Westport Road and Broadway Boulevard, the development also features three levels of underground parking and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

Many of the existing buildings in Westport date back to the late 19th century, and as such, are constructed with warm and varied hues of red brick. To complement the surrounding architectural details, and give a nod to the history of Westport, Opus selected a blend of red brick and added oversized windows and heavily framed black retail storefronts with overhead steel beams.
