Colliers Mortgage Closes Fannie Mae Loan for Acquisition Financing of Henley Apartment Community in Richfield, Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition financing of Henley, a 74-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Richfield, Minnesota. 

The property was constructed in 2020 and consists of a 4-story building and a 2-story building. Amenities include heated off-street parking, fitness center with virtual training, co-working lounge with soundproof office phone booth, common area Wi-Fi, interior bike storage room and repair station, electric car charging stations, Amazon HUB package delivery system, and on-site laundry and dry cleaning service provided by Laundry Doctor.

The Fannie Mae loan has a 12-year term and 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for an undisclosed borrower.
