MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage provided an $8.75 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Cottage Terrace, a 126-unit multifamily affordable housing property located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The pet-friendly property was constructed in 1965 and includes four three-story residential building, five garage buildings, on-site management, secure entryways and card-operated laundry facilities.
The 10-year term/30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower, Cottage Terrace, LLC.
