CHARLOTTE, NC - In just a short time since expanding into Georgia, RKW Residential has established a significant presence. The premier multifamily management firm obtained two prime community assignments in the Atlanta market from existing client Starlight U.S. Multifamily.
RKW is now overseeing leasing and management of Starlight’s The Mill at Westside in Atlanta and Artesia Big Creek in Alpharetta. The upscale communities have a combined 551 apartments.
Additionally, RKW is providing consulting services for Georgia multifamily developments totaling a combined 2,000 units.

Completed in 2017, The Mill at Westside is a pet-friendly luxury apartment community with a mix of one and two-bedroom units. Spacious floor plans feature 10-foot ceilings, plank-style flooring, generously sized roman tubs and stainless-steel appliances. Community amenities include a sports club fitness center, elegant clubhouse with a cyber lounge, continental breakfast and coffee bar and rooftop pool and social lounge with city views.
The newly built Artesia Big Creek is located within walking distance to the Halcyon retail and restaurant development. It has stylish one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 9-foot ceilings, modern track and pendant lighting, granite countertops in bathrooms and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and sleek modern cabinetry.
Artesia Big Creek’s resort-style amenities include a saltwater pool with a sundeck and cabanas, fitness center with high-endurance equipment and yoga, ballet/barre and spin rooms and a clubhouse with a coffee and tea bar, social lounge, expansive kitchen, gaming and televisions and a high-tech conference room. The community also has an on-site dog spa, courtyards with lounging and grilling areas and Luxer One package system.
RKW also oversees Starlight’s LaVie SouthPark in Charlotte, NC and Southpoint Crossing and Lassiter at North Hills in Durham and Raleigh, NC.
