CHARLOTTE, NC - Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has purchased 2.1 acres at 1000 N. Davidson Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, to develop Broadstone Craft, a 297-unit luxury apartment community. Designed by Cline Design Associates, Broadstone Craft will welcome its first residents in summer 2023.

Wrapping around the popular Birdsong Brewery that inspired the “Craft” name, Broadstone Craft will include a seven-story building with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 590 to 1,240 square feet.
Broadstone Craft apartments will feature quartz countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and Moen plumbing fixtures. Luxe amenities designed to maximize residents’ live, work, play lifestyle include a pool with outdoor kitchen, club space, fitness center, dog wash, co-working space, and rooftop lounge.
This is Alliance Residential Company’s seventh recent project in Charlotte and its second this year along the North Davidson corridor. In August 2021, the company welcomed residents to Broadstone Ayrsley in Southwest Charlotte, and in May 2021 closed on the acquisition of land in Optimist Park for the development of Broadstone Optimist Park. In December 2020, Alliance Residential Company opened Broadstone Lemmond Farm between Charlotte and Mint Hill, and in July 2020 closed on the acquisition of 10.8 acres in North Charlotte for the development of Broadstone Highland Creek, which is expected to open in the coming weeks.
