Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA Power Ranking is based on monthly online reputation research of over 128,000 properties’ lifetime reviews across multiple online reputation sites. In 2021, 1,564 properties earned the Elite 1% distinction in the eighth annual Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking, published by Multifamily Executive (MFE).

EVIVA Midtown, located in Sacramento, CA, has now made the Top 1% list for the 4th consecutive year! They closed out 2021 ranking 4th in the Greater Sacramento Region, and 16th in California. Achieving an ORA® Score of 94, Eddyline at Bridgeport, located in Tigard, OR, made the Elite 1% for the first time, since being built in 2014, and ranked 10th in the state of Oregon.
