Construction began in late 2017 and the community received its certificate of occupancy in October of 2021. The building’s distinctive design separates the structure into two smaller connected blocks to maximize indoor/outdoor living spaces and enhance the natural light in all units. Each façade presents a different aesthetic through the focused use of the differing materials, all tied together by the consistent use of contemporary accent colors. The Rush Companies, of Gig Harbor, WA, was the project’s general contractor.
Inside, Hailey’s high-design apartment homes incorporate the finest in materials and finishes. Gourmet kitchens feature custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and tiled backsplashes. All residences have highly desirable in-unit washer and dryers, while select apartments feature private balconies and outdoor terraces.
