WPD Management Creates Regional Property Manager Position to Grow Its Third-Party Management Services Throughout Chicago

CHICAGO, IL - As WPD Management continues to grow its third-party management services throughout Chicago’s south and west sides, the need for a Regional Property Manager position has arisen. Today, the firm announces three inaugural Regional Property Managers. Kevin Carlson has been promoted from Property Manager to Regional Property Manager. Kyle Bell and Scott Glassmire join WPD Management as Regional Property Managers, bringing years of management experience with them.

Since expanding its services to Chicago’s westside neighborhoods in Q4 of 2021, WPD Management has brought on 400 units. The firm currently has more than 3,500 units in its management portfolio.
