MIAMI, Fl - AMAC, a national real estate developer and investor, today announced the groundbreaking of their latest multifamily development in Hollywood, Florida called Griffin 441. The building is being developed by both AMAC and ROVR Development, a Miami-based real estate development firm, and is located at 4465 Griffin Road in Hollywood, Florida. The development comprises 180 units and is expected to be completed in Q2 2024. The firm simultaneously closed on a $41 million construction loan with Ocean Bank to develop the project.
Griffin 441 is an eight-story development that will include 180 units offering a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, each equipped with modern features including stainless steel appliances, stone counters, in-unit washers and dryers and custom lighting and plumbing features. The building will offer its residents a suite of luxury amenities including a professional gym, pool and outdoor lounge, club room, social room, grilling areas, smart package center, parking garage, and private offices operated by Ora.

Once completed, the building will further increase AMAC and ROVR’s presence in South Florida where they recently commenced construction on Arvella Apartments (FKA Aventura Park), a 290-unit luxury multifamily development at 17990 West Dixie Highway. Arvella Apartments is expected to be completed by Q1 of 2024. AMAC and ROVR also recently completed Biscayne 112, a 402-unit multifamily property located at 11200 Biscayne Boulevard.
