Angela Abraham Promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations and Asset Management at Student Quarters to Lead Portfolio Growth

ATLANTA, GA - Student Quarters is pleased to announce the promotion of Angela Abraham to the position of Executive Vice President of Operations & Asset Management at Student Quarters. Angela has been an integral part of the company's success, and we are thrilled to see her take on this new role.

In her new role, Angela will lead Student Quarters' Operations and Asset Management divisions, which are responsible for maximizing the value of the company's assets nationwide as well as leasing, marketing, operations, capital projects, and overall success for the portfolio. She is focused on the profitability of the portfolio with an emphasis on total revenue growth, building effective on-site teams, and implementing company initiatives specific to the portfolio’s needs.

Prior to joining Student Quarters, Angela spent almost a decade in the multifamily industry, leading the Asset Management division at Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE), a private equity firm focusing on value-add and workforce housing assets. She also worked at Novare Group, a leading developer of high-rise multifamily communities in the Sunbelt region. Angela has four years of experience in investment banking and financial restructuring at Houlihan Lokey and Alvarez & Marsal.

Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC — Chapel Hill, and her Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Angela's extensive experience and expertise in asset management and multifamily housing make her an ideal fit for this new role. We are confident that she will continue to make significant contributions to the company's success and growth.
