KW Property Management & Consulting Secures Six New Community Assignments Totaling 1,700-Units in Miami-Dade County Market

MIAMI, FL - KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, added six communities totaling more than 1,700 units to its robust community management portfolio. The communities are all located in KWPMC’s home base of Miami-Dade County.

The new assignments include the OKO Group-developed Missoni Baia condominium building in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Missoni Baia features 249 luxurious residences and an array of amenities including a bayfront lounge with a pool overlooking the water; a media room; beauty salon; children’s playroom; pet spa; expansive gym with bayfront views; and one of Miami’s largest, resident-only spas.

In downtown Miami, KWPMC was awarded community management of Vizcayne, a 49-story, twin tower condominium complex with 844 units. The assignment includes Vizcayne’s North and South towers and the master association. The company also took over management of Costa Brava and the Courts at South Beach in Miami Beach.

Rounding out the new assignments are Turnberry Towers in Aventura and the Residences at Sunset Place in South Miami.

“These new assignments range from ultra-luxury high-rise condominium towers in Miami’s urban core to high-end beachfront communities and suburban condo buildings,” KWPMC CEO Paul Kaplan said. “That is a reflection of our team’s consistency in applying best practices in property management, accounting, hospitality and technology across all product types.”

KWPMC is one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the U.S., with over 80,000 homes under management and 2,200 employees. The company has developed its own digital platform and grown organically since inception.
