VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - The Breeden Company announced today that Frank Wiley, the company’s executive vice president, is retiring after a dynamic and highly successful 49-year tenure.
Frank served with great distinction, driving significant innovation and accomplishment across a range of divisions within the Breeden organization. He managed all pre-construction and construction services for commercial and residential projects. Frank started with the company in 1975 as a field superintendent responsible for managing construction sites and subcontractors. Over the course of his career with The Breeden Company, he worked in several departments including commercial leasing, property management and property sales of condominiums and single-family homes. Frank helped design and develop almost 20,000 multifamily units along with 2 million square feet of commercial and retail space.

Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1963 after serving in the United States Army from 1954-1956, where he was stationed in Austria and Italy. He now lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Barbara, who he has been married to for 69 years. Frank and Barbara have one son, Robert, and one grandchild. Frank’s wealth of knowledge and experience has been greatly appreciated and will be missed.
