Tri Pointe Homes Introduces New 141-Unit Northpark Towns Townhome Community Near Metro Station in North Bethesda Neighborhood

BETHESDA, MD - Tri Pointe Homes, Inc. (NYSE: TPH), one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., is pleased to announce the opening of Northpark Towns, a highly anticipated new townhome community in North Bethesda, Maryland. Northpark Towns are now available for purchase and will feature 141 new homes upon completion.

The new community offers luxury four-story townhomes with three unique floor plans, Emery, Quinn and Sterling. All homes offer the option of one- to two-bay garages, rooftop terraces and an elevator in the Quinn home design.

The Emery home design features 2,058 to 2,086 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four bathrooms. The Emery floorplan includes a flexible recreation space, a loft, an outdoor terrace and a primary suite on the second floor with double walk-in closets and a primary bath with an oversized shower. Prices for Emery homes start from $849,900.

The Sterling home design is the second largest floorplan at Northpark Towns, with 2,695 to 2,715 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms. The lower level features an open recreation room with the opportunity to personalize the space into a flex room or additional bedroom. The first floor offers a spacious great room, a large kitchen with a double-door pantry and a dining room. The second floor houses the primary suite, featuring dual walk-in closets and an attached primary bath. The floorplan also includes two additional bedrooms, a secondary bath, and a loft level with an outdoor rooftop terrace. The Sterling home design starts from $1,175,900.

The Quinn home design offers the most living space of the three homes, with 2,791 to 2,826 square feet, three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms and an elevator. The Quinn design features a flexible lower level recreation space, an open kitchen with an oversized island, an expansive walk-in closet, an ensuite off the primary suite, plus two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor, and a loft level with a rooftop terrace. Prices for The Quinn start at $1,240,900.
