WMG Development Appoints Inaugural Vice President of Multifamily with Addition of Industry Veteran Todd Bleakley

CHICAGO, IL - WMG Development (WMG), a national real estate investment and development company, announced Todd Bleakley as the newest addition to the team as its first Vice President of Multifamily.

Bleakley previously led Class-A market-rate institutional developments ranging between garden, mid-rise, mixed-use and high-rise properties totaling over 10,000 units across Florida’s major and secondary markets, valued at over $1.9 billion. His past experiences include managing boutique, regional and national development offices throughout Florida and the Southeast. Bleakley is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.
