When complete, the property will feature a single four-story building with elevators and a mix of 104 one-bedroom and two-bedroom market-rate apartment units. Community amenities will include a swimming pool, dog park, green space, clubhouse with a grand lobby, fitness center, community room, business center, and management office.
The loan carries a 40-year term/amortization.
