Sequoia Equities Expands Its Third-Party Management Portfolio with Acquisition of 210-Unit Community in Martinez, California

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia will begin management responsibilities for Muirwood Apartment Homes, a 210-unit community located in Martinez, CA. With this new addition, Sequoia's management portfolio now spans over 14,000 homes across 58 communities.

As part of this transition, Sequoia will introduce a range of resident-focused programs designed to enhance the living experience, including resident events, pet-friendly perks like no breed restrictions and reimbursement for pet adoptions, and a complimentary accent wall upon move-in, to name a few.  Leonard Perillo, a key member of Muirwood’s ownership, expressed enthusiasm for the transition.
