Resia Completes Disposition of 390-Unit Old Cutler Garden-Style Apartment Community in Miami to Kayne Anderson Real Estate

MIAMI, FL - Resia, a leading housing platform specializing in the development, construction, and management of multifamily communities across the U.S., announced today the sale of Resia Old Cutler, a 390-unit garden-style apartment community, to Kayne Anderson Real Estate, a prominent real estate investment management firm.

As part of the sale, Resia will continue to serve as property manager for Resia Old Cutler, maintaining its role in overseeing day-to-day operations. Kayne Anderson Real Estate, known for its focus on medical office buildings, student housing, seniors housing, and attainable housing for middle-market renters, selected Resia Old Cutler as its first acquisition from Resia, marking a significant milestone for both companies.
