CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager of The Oliver on LaSalle, a 249-unit vintage luxury rental building at 1140 N. LaSalle Drive in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood.
Built in 1924, the eight-story building primarily offers micro units, including studio and one-bedroom floor plans. The property’s common areas, amenity spaces and apartments recently were updated and renovated, while its lobby retains some of the building’s original design elements, including a marble entry, tile patterned floor and ornate ceiling relief.
