The project began construction in late 2021 and construction was completed on November 8, 2024. Leasing is currently underway for the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all featuring quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stainless-steel appliances. Leasing has been robust for the first month, currently leased at 28%. The Lock at Flatirons project is funded by Titan Development Real Estate Fund II. TDREF II, which raised $95 million, commenced in November of 2020, has identified all fund projects, and invested in 13 projects in TX, NM, CO, and CA.
