EMLI at Liberty Crossing a 240-unit, new construction, Affordable Apartment community in Wilmer, TX. This 100-acre site, sits off I-45 and is 15 miles from downtown Dallas. The EMLI at Liberty Crossing will provide first units in Fall 2018.
Villa Nueva Seniors a 46-unit, Affordable Seniors Apartment community in Albuquerque, NM. The community is located off I-40 in the heart of the historic district. North of Old Town, the newly transformed area of Sawmill provides close proximity to several museums, culinary and entertainment options.
